Your heat pump works every season. Give it a tune-up
That checks both.
Unlike a furnace or AC, a heat pump never really gets a season off. Our tune-up cleans, tests and checks heating, cooling and defrost, then tells you in plain terms what’s in good shape and what needs attention.

Why a tune-up matters
A heat pump can seem fine now and struggle when the weather turns.
In spring and fall, a heat pump barely works. A dirty coil, a weak capacitor or a slow refrigerant leak can go unnoticed until a heat wave or a deep freeze makes it run for hours. That’s when comfort drops, backup heat kicks in and bills climb.
A tune-up finds those problems while they’re small and usually cheaper to fix. Because a heat pump does two jobs, we check both: heating, cooling and the defrost cycle that keeps it working through winter.

Heat pump maintenance questions
How often should a heat pump be serviced?
At least once a year. Because a heat pump works in every season, many homeowners book in spring and fall, before cooling and heating season.
Do I need maintenance to keep my warranty?
Many manufacturers ask for proof of regular professional maintenance before they’ll cover a warranty claim. We keep a record of every visit, so you have it if you ever need it.
Do you service ductless mini-splits?
Yes. We clean the indoor units’ filters, coils and fans, flush the drains and check the outdoor unit, for most makes and models.
What happens if you find a problem?
We show you what we found and give you the repair price. Nothing extra gets done until you say yes.
I have a hybrid system. Does the furnace need its own tune-up?
Yes. The heat pump and furnace are separate pieces of equipment. We can do both on the same visit so everything is ready for winter.
Is a plan worth it over a one-time tune-up?
If you’d like your heat pump looked after every year without thinking about it, usually yes. The plan includes your tune-up, plus priority booking and discounts if a repair comes up.
